- Simply open
a ticket online.
- Brief phone call support session (less than 10
minutes) if the issue cannot be solved by email
communications.

Due to the volume, complexity and extensiveness of
issues
related to various computers and operating systems, we
offer the following paid Extended Support Services. The
cost of each session will be evaluated on a case-by-case
basis by our customer support team.
