If you already made payment for myTaxExpress license, but not receiving your license key; please send email to with your phone number. We will contact you.

myTaxExpress/T2Express customer support has 3 levels:

  1. Email support from, simple and fast
  2. Phone call to customer if the problem cannot be solved by email.
  3. With customer's permission and supervision, we will do an online helpdesk session, assisting customers on their own computer remotely.
  4. At any time, you can request us to call your phone number.
