Right now, myTaxExpress software has a freezing problem if you launched it by double clicking the .r12 file. If this is the case, please first close myTaxExpress software.
Then run mytaxexpress by double click its desktop icon; don't double click .r12 file to launch software. After myTaxExpress starts up, open the return file you want.
You can also run myTaxExpress software from its program group, accessed by Windows Start menu.
