Refund Policy
Arcadia Solution Corp. will NOT refund AFTER a license key is issued and sent to a customer. However, we provide a free software download so that customers can try the product before making a purchase decision. If the license key is not issued or retrieved, we can offer a refund, but we will need to deduct the credit card processing fee.
